Managing your Space
Once you have a space listed, you can edit, change or amend how it appears and functions on the platform.
We expect that from time to time you will need to update your space(s) with new information. This is easy to do and because they are your spaces, we give you the freedom to make the updates you would like to make as fast as possible.
Any changes that are made to your space, like price or cancellation period, only apply to future bookings that have not yet been created. Any bookings that are already confirmed for the future remain unchanged if your space is updated.
Once a Space has been added with the basics, there are further areas of functionality that can be accessed. These include:
- The Basics
- Extra Billing related information including price, bump in/out, and the cancellation policy
- The Nitty Gritty including Rules, Terms & Conditions, and Access Instructions
- Additional Media such as more photos, videos, 3D walkthroughs, and floorplans
- Opening Times
- Activities and Amenities
- Items and Charges for extras on top of hourly space hire
- Questions you want to ask at checkout.

Why aren't my changes showing up immediately?
To make sure your public space pages load as fast as possible for visitors and rank well on search engines like Google, our system takes a "snapshot" of your page. This snapshot is what visitors see first when they click on your listing.
Because we use these saved snapshots, you might notice a slight delay between saving your changes and seeing them on the live site.
When you first open your page after an update, you might see the old information for a few seconds before it suddenly "snaps" or switches to the new version. This happens because our system loads the fast "snapshot" first, then checks for any fresh updates in the background to show you the most up-to-date version.
Update Timeline:

A few minutes: It usually takes a short moment for our background system to "notice" your new changes and prepare them for the "snap" update. This is usually instant, but can take 10, or even 30 minutes sometimes.

A few hours: Every few hours (and at least once a day), our system takes a brand-new permanent snapshot of your page.

The final result: Once that new snapshot is taken, the "snapping" effect will stop, and your updated information will load instantly for everyone.
TLDR; If you've just saved a change and don't see it yet, please wait about 10–15 minutes and refresh your browser. (Perfect excuse for a cup of tea!) If it still hasn't updated after 24 hours, feel free to reach out to our support team.
