What Multimedia Does SpacetoCo Support?

This article is for Hosts who want to add or manage media files on a Space listing.

At a minimum, all Spaces require at least one photo. You can also add floorplans, YouTube videos, and 3D virtual walkthroughs.

Supported Multimedia Types

• Photos: Upload up to 20 photos in a 16:9 aspect ratio. High-resolution photos receive higher engagement and booking rates from Customers.
  • Featured photo: Displays as the main image on your public Space page and in booking notifications. Hover over any photo and select Set as featured to update it.
  • Photo order: Click and drag photos to adjust their display order in your listing gallery.
• Video: Add a YouTube URL. The embedded video displays on your public Space page for prospective Hirers.
• 3D Walkthrough: Add a web link for an externally hosted 3D virtual tour. A 3D icon appears on your Space page, opening the walkthrough in a new browser tab.
• Floorplans: Upload floorplans as image files (JPG or PNG). Floorplans display at the end of the photo gallery and as a dedicated link on your Space page.

How to Upload and Edit Space Media

1. Go to Spaces Management in your dashboard and select the space you wish to edit. 
2. Click Media.
3. Upload photos, enter video/3D tour URLs, or add floorplan image files.
4. Click Update Space.
