What is GoCardless?

How SpacetoCo uses GoCardless to collect Direct Debit payments for Regular Customers.

SpacetoCo partners with GoCardless to process Direct Debit payments. This allows Regular Customers to complete a one-off Direct Debit mandate so SpacetoCo can collect payment for Regular Customer invoices on scheduled dates.

Setting Up Direct Debit

When applying to become a Regular Customer, submit an application form and select the Direct Debit option.

STEP 1 - Enter bank details
Complete the required bank information:
  • First and last name or company name
  • Email address
  • Country
  • Account number
  • BSB number (Australia) or Bank Code, Branch Code, and Suffix (New Zealand)

Note: If your account requires more than one person to authorise transactions, check the dual signatories box. You may need to follow up with your bank to allow automated debits.

STEP 2 - Confirm details

  • Review your information and click Confirm.

Step 3 - Complete Set-Up

Submit the form. You will receive an email confirmation and a PDF copy of your mandate.

Note: The confirmation PDF is for your internal records only. You do not need to send it to SpacetoCo or GoCardless.
