How SpacetoCo provides Direct Debit payment options for customers
SpacetoCo has partnered with GoCardless for Direct Debit payments. This gives Regular Customer's (customer who make regular bookings) an easy, one-time set up by asking them to complete a Direct Debit mandate. SpacetoCo is granted permission to collect money for Regular Customer's invoices on agreed payment dates.

GoCardless has been awarded ISO 27001 certification. ISO 27001 is a widely recognised, internationally accepted standard for information security. The ISO certification has been applied across all GoCardless services and products.
The Signup Flow
When signing up as a Regular Customer, you first need to fill in an application form. As part of this process, the option to use Direct Debit is available.
Step 1
The following screenshot shows the required information needed to begin the Direct Debit application process. At a minimum you need to provide:
- First/Last Name or Company Name
- Country
- BSB
- Account Number
Note: If more than one person is required to authorise direct debit transactions, then this option is available with a simple checkbox.
No further action beyond this is required from SpacetoCo or GoCardlesss, however you may need to follow up with your bank to allow future transactions to occur.
Step 2
Confirm your details and make any changes before hitting the green button 'Confirm'
Step 3 (Final)
Once submitted, an email confirmation will be sent, along with a PDF to sign.
