Watching a Booking

How to track a booking as a team member

Note: This feature is available to Partner and PartnerPro Hosts only.

This article is for Hosts who want to subscribe to email updates for a specific booking.

Watching a booking allows you to follow its lifecycle and automatically receive email notifications for any updates, such as cancellations or edits. For general notification settings, see Advanced Notification Settings.

How to Watch a Booking

  1. Locate and open the booking in your dashboard.
  2. Click the binoculars icon in the top right corner of the booking drawer.
  3. Select or remove yourself or a team member as a watcher.

 

Tip: Watcher changes are recorded under the Activity tab for that booking.
