How Can I Delete My Payment Details?

To remove a saved card or bank account, log in and go to your Payment Methods Settings. Locate the payment method you want to remove and click the trash icon.

Conditions That Prevent Payment Method Removal

You cannot remove a payment method if any of the following apply:

• It is set as the default payment method on an active Casual Booking (either an upcoming booking or one completed less than 60 days ago).
• You have an active SpaceProtect claim.
• It is linked to an active Regular Customer application.
