The space is not what I expected

Prevention is always better than a cure. As a guest looking to hire a space, be clear about your expectations. We provide several tools so that space owners can accurately describe their Space(s) with a description, rules, photos etc... If you have specific needs for the Space, please ensure you message your Host ahead of time. This will allow you to check that the features and resources you require are available in the Space. You may even wish to set up a meeting and visit the space ahead of your booking time. 

Once your booking has been approved, you can cancel it, as long as the cancellation policy allows it. Read more on that here.
