How to increase bookings at your community venue (1)

Pre-Event example - AUD/NZ - 🇦🇺🇳🇿

The Host would like to hold $250 from the Customer for a medium-risk booking. The process would be the following:

  1. SpacetoCo places a successful hold on the Customer card for $250.

  2. A $5.00 ex GST SpaceProtect fee is added to the Host fee for the related booking.

In the event that the Host would like to claim $100 of this after the booking due to damage, then the $100 would be passed to the Host in full.

In the event that there is nothing to claim, the $250 is simply released back to the Customer, and the $5.00 ex GST SpaceProtect fee is deducted from the booking total.
