How setting up automation on some of your documents can dramatically increase your workflow efficiency

Auto-Renewal

For customer and application documents that have both an Upload Required as a fulfilment option and expiry turned on, auto-renewal can be toggled 'on/off'.

The system will then automatically request a new document from the customer if ALL of the following is true:

  • Automation is set to 'true' on the document template
  • The document is expiring in the next X days (default is 30 days)
  • The customer has any bookings beyond the expiry date of the document

Essentially, with this turned on (especially for something like Public Liability Insurance), the only task you need to worry about is approving new document requests as they come through from customers. As to if a customer needs a PLI document or not will be left up to the automation.
