Why we encourage you to keep your space hire communications within SpacetoCo

Can I communicate with my Space Host outside of the SpacetoCo environment? i.e. Contact the host directly?

SpacetoCo provides an internal messaging system in the Dashboard area. We request that all communications are undertaken through the SpacetoCo platform. In the event of any issues or disputes, SpacetoCo is able to take this communication into consideration and assist/act accordingly.

Communications outside of the SpacetoCo platform will not be taken into account in mediating discrepancies.
