Afterhours - How can I get help?

Need support outside of business hours? Here’s what you can do.

If it’s outside business hours and you need help, don’t worry—there are still ways to get support. This article is for Customers who are on-site or dealing with a last-minute issue and need to know what to do next.

All of the venues listed on our marketplace are individually managed by the Host of the venue and sometimes we are unable to assist with questions that may relate to things such as availability, regular hiring, and items for use within a space. 

If your question is in regards to the venue itself we recommend reaching out to the people who manage the venue directly.

Here are some examples of when you may need to contact a host:
📖
 I need to make changes to my booking 
🎤 Is there a projector or sound system in the room I can use? 
😷 I need to cancel my booking that is in two days due to COVID

If you’re locked out, can’t find the space, or something’s not quite right—the fastest way to get help is to contact the Host directly. You’ll find their contact info in your booking confirmation email.
