Access to Regular Customer Workflows & Transactions

  • Allows for bulk bookings by regular customers, including automated post-payment models.
  • Includes payment processing via Direct Debit through SpacetoCo's payment partner GoCardless.

Monthly Bulk Payout & Finance Management

  • Simplifies financial management by offering a monthly bulk payout instead of individual transactions.
  • Comes with fully reconciled reports to help finance teams process payments efficiently.

Extended Refund Periods

  • Extended refund windows from 48 hours up to 20-50 days after the booking. This ensures flexibility in post-booking management.

Financial Quality Check

  • SpacetoCo will perform monthly quality checks on financial reports to ensure the right amounts are transferred to your finance team without discrepancies.

One-on-One Onboarding Support

  • Dedicated customer onboarding support during the initial setup, with personalised assistance to ensure a smooth transition for staff and users. This includes tailored guidance on communication and booking workflows.

Cost Structure

  • The bundle covers up to 15 SpacetoCo Host accounts within your organisation, each equipped with the full range of features. Additional accounts are allocated and charged in groups of fifteen (15).
  • This makes it ideal for organisations managing various departments or services, such as Libraries, Parks & Gardens, and Community Halls.
  • Each SpacetoCo Host account can have an unlimited number of users (e.g. Booking Officers) gaining access through User Switching.
