What Is 'Instant Book'?

How Hosts can allow Customers to book a Space immediately without requiring manual approval

By default, Spaces require Host approval for incoming booking requests. When a Customer submits a request, a pending booking is created for your review.

Instant Book allows Customers to create an automatically approved booking immediately, skipping the manual Host approval step.

Customers must still complete all required booking fields, including their reason for hire. If an Instant Book reservation is inappropriate, you can contact the Customer directly or manage the booking from your dashboard.

Note: SpacetoCo recommends enabling Instant Book for straightforward, low-risk spaces such as meeting rooms or outdoor parks.

How to Enable Instant Book

    1. Go to your Spaces Dashboard and click on the space you want to edit. 
    2. Select the Billing tab
    3. Check the box to enable Instant Book.
    4. Click Update Space to save your changes.
