Our 3-Strike Policy

We love facilitating bookings for members of the community to be able to simply and easily find, book and experience a venue for any activity. However, if you aren't playing nicely, we may need to remove you from the platform.

Several circumstances might mean we have to remove you from the platform. Here are some of them. Common sense should prevail in all circumstances. We just want everyone to have a great experience.  

  • Taking bookings off-platform. We have to eat too... You can read more about that here: https://support.spacetoco.com/can-i-take-bookings-off-of-space We hope that our software is so efficient that it's harder to deal with your bookings manually.
  • If you forget or don't show up to let your hirers into your property, that is particularly painful for your hirer. It could really impact their event. We just can't have that.
  • You need to keep up to date with messages on SpacetoCo. If you are letting booking requests expire or not responding to people's messages, you probably shouldn't be making your space available. 
  • Any other circumstances that might involve being unresponsive, taking advantage of others or trying to game the system. Good communication solves most problems.
