What laws and legislation do I need to check when listing with SpacetoCo

We ask all SpacetoCo Hosts to be aware of local rules and laws regarding the short-term hire of your Space(s). We recommend that you check with your local council or government body to ensure you are doing everything right before you list your Space(s). 

There may be requirements for having people in your Space and they may include, but not be limited to; access to toilets, disabled access, visible fire escape plan, etc...

Hosts should also confirm they are not in breach of any lease conditions if they are renting commercial property.
