How to upload your important documents

Uploading public liability insurance, statutory declarations, your certificate of incorporation and other important documents

This article is for Regular Customers with a Regular Bookings arrangement

As part of hiring spaces, you may be required to provide evidence of insurance and other important documentation. Step-by-step instructions are explained below. Please note that it is important you update these documents regularly as insurances and certificates may have an expiry date.

Step 1: Log in to

Step 2: Click on 'Applications' in the menu or just click here:

Step 3: Click on the 'Application Details' tab (3rd on the right)

Step 4: Click the yellow 'Edit' button

Step 5: Find the section 'Document Upload' and click on the '+' symbol

Step 6: Repeat for any other attachment

Step 7: To remove old attachments click on the smaller black circle with a white 'x'

Step 8: ❋IMPORTANT❋ Click on 'Save' before leaving this page.
