When to Use This

Cancel your booking if:

  • Your plans have changed and you no longer need the space

  • You made an error in the booking (wrong date, time, or location)

  • You’re unable to attend and no longer require the space

Steps to Cancel Your Booking

  1. Log in to your SpacetoCo account

    Head to your Customer Dashboard.

  2. Find your booking

Locate the upcoming booking you’d like to cancel, and open/click it.

  3. Click ‘Cancel Booking’

Follow the on-screen prompts. You’ll be asked to confirm the cancellation and provide a reason (optional).

  4. Check your refund eligibility

If your cancellation falls within the Host’s refund window, a refund will be automatically processed.

FAQs / Common Issues

A: It depends on the Host’s cancellation policy. This is listed on the space’s page and during the booking process. Some bookings may be partially refunded or non-refundable if cancelled close to the booking time.

Q: What if I paid with a card that’s now closed?

A: Refunds are issued to the original card. If your bank has changed, read our guide on Refunds to cancelled cards →

Q: What if I can’t cancel through the platform?

A: If you’re experiencing issues, contact us via the yellow chat icon or email us at hello@spacetoco.com and we’ll assist you.

Tips & Notes

💡 If you want to make changes instead of cancelling, you can submit a change request. More on how that works here: https://support.spacetoco.com/how-can-i-change-or-edit-my-booking

📅 Consider the Host’s cancellation window before booking if there’s a chance your plans might change.
