More ways to signup and secure your account with SpacetoCo
Signing up to SpacetoCo is now easier than ever thanks to new Single Sign-On (SSO) options for login/signup, and Multi-factor Authentication for existing accounts.
Since its inception, SpacetoCo has always had email & password authentication. SSO allows users to simply log in once, and use all applications they have been granted access to.
Enterprise Plans
The following options are available for Enterprise customers:
Enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO)
This will enable your IT department to manage user provisioning and de-provisioning via their own IdP, while making it simple for end users to access SpacetoCo. We offer out-of-the-box enterprise connections with several enterprise directories including SAML, OpenID Connect, Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure AD/Entra ID & Active Directory/LDAP.
If your organisation upgrades to Enterprise SSO, it will become mandatory as part of the login experience for all users within that organisation wanting to access SpacetoCo.
Depending on the connection, setting up Enterprise SSO involves our development team meeting with your IT department to gain access to things like a Test_Account, Client_ID, Secret_ID & Secret_Value. Further to this, we'd need your department to grant access to domains such as id.spacetoco.com & id-dev.spaceto.co.

Enterprise Managed (available in 2025)
With a similar login and security experience to Enterprise SSO, this option forces your staff to use a Microsoft or Google sign in experience based on your email domain that is managed by us. It's simple to setup and gives you all the benefits of secure login through your workplace account.
For Enterprise Managed setup, all that may be required is for your Google or Microsoft organisation to allow this type of login.

To move your organisation to an Enterprise Plan, the below cost per organisation is applicable:

Other Login options
The following login & signup methods are available to all customers for free:
Social Login
Using either your Google or Facebook Account, you can access SpacetoCo securely using these services. We bring across basic information like email, name & profile photo to create your SpacetoCo account.
Multi-factor Authentication
For all standard accounts (email/password), we also offer Multi-factor Authentication using one-time password services like Google Authenticator. This option is part of your account settings.
