Enterprise & Social Single Sign-On

Learn about single sign-on (SSO), enterprise authentication options, and pricing for your organisation.

SpacetoCo offers flexible authentication methods, including Enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO), Enterprise Managed logins, social sign-ins, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Enterprise Plans

For large organisations and local governments, SpacetoCo supports two enterprise login solutions:

Enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO)

Enterprise SSO integrates SpacetoCo directly with your identity provider (IdP), enabling centralised user provisioning and de-provisioning.

We support out-of-the-box connections for directory providers, including:

  • SAML
  • OpenID Connect
  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft Azure AD / Entra ID
  • Active Directory / LDAP

When Enterprise SSO is configured, it becomes mandatory for all users logging into SpacetoCo under your organisation's domain.

Note: Setting up Enterprise SSO requires our technical team to coordinate directly with your IT department. Your IT team will need to grant access to domains such as id.spacetoco.com and id-dev.spaceto.co. After setup, technical support is available by emailing dev@spacetoco.com. 

 

Enterprise Managed

Enterprise Managed enforces Microsoft or Google domain authentication managed by SpacetoCo. This option provides domain-level security without requiring full identity provider integration.

Note: Setting up Enterprise Managed requires your Google Workspace or Microsoft organisation settings to allow this authentication connection. Set as a HubSpot callout.

Note: For Enterprise Managed setup, all that may be required is for your Google or Microsoft organisation to allow this type of login. 

Pricing

To move your organisation to an Enterprise Plan, the below cost per organisation is applicable:

Enterprise Single Sign-On $199/m + $499 setup
Enterprise Managed $39/m
Prices are ex GST and valid for both AUD, NZD and GBP

Standard Login Options

The following options are available to all Customers and Hosts at no additional cost:

  • Social Login: Sign in using a Google or Facebook account. SpacetoCo imports basic details (name, email address, and profile image) to set up your account.
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Secure your account using authenticator apps like Google Authenticator. You can enable MFA in your Account Settings.
