Document Management Email Notifications

Stay in sync with email alerts for every important document milestone

Efficient document workflows need timely alerts. This article outlines the email notifications sent to both Hosts and Customers during document requests, fulfilment, approvals, and expiry. It’s perfect for anyone looking to understand or manage their notification settings.

Notification Events - For the Host

Hosts will receive an email when:

  • You request a new document from a customer
  • A customer fulfils a request and requires action from you
  • A reminder for any documents that are requiring action
  • You approve a document
  • Documents from your customers are about to expire
  • Documents from your customers have expired

Notification Events - For the Customer

Customers will receive an email when:

  • They receive a new document request from their Host
  • They successfully fulfil a document request
  • Their document has been approved
  • Their document request has been declined or cancelled
  • Their document has expired

Managing Notification Settings

You and your customers can enable or disable these email alerts by navigating to your Notifications settings in the SpacetoCo dashboard: Dashboard → Account → Notifications
