Email Notifications

No feature is complete without more email notifications clogging your inbox right? Rest assured we've got all angles covered here, including some for the Customer. They are all available to turn on/off here: app.spacetoco.com/dashboard/account?tab=notifications.

For the Host

We'll notify you when:

  • You request a new document from a customer
  • A customer fulfils a request and requires action from you
  • A reminder for any documents that are requiring action
  • You approve a document
  • Documents from your customers are about to expire
  • Documents from your customers have expired

For the Customer

We'll notify the customer when:

  • They receive a new document request from their Host
  • They successfully fulfil a document request
  • Their document has been approved
  • Their document request has been declined or cancelled
  • Their document has expired
