For the Host
We'll notify you when:
- You request a new document from a customer
- A customer fulfils a request and requires action from you
- A reminder for any documents that are requiring action
- You approve a document
- Documents from your customers are about to expire
- Documents from your customers have expired
For the Customer
We'll notify the customer when:
- They receive a new document request from their Host
- They successfully fulfil a document request
- Their document has been approved
- Their document request has been declined or cancelled
- Their document has expired
