Considerations Before Deleting Your Account

Before deleting your account, please note the following:

  • Booking History and Communication: Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to your booking history, invoices, tax receipts, or any message communications with hosts.

  • Reactivation: If you foresee the possibility of using SpacetoCo in the future, you might consider deactivating your account instead. Deactivation keeps your account information stored, allowing for easy reactivation when needed however all your payment information is removed from the associated payment gateway and your SpacetoCo account. 

  • Account Fees: There are no fees or charges for keeping your account open. You only incur charges for bookings made through SpacetoCo.

Steps to Delete Your Account

If you have decided to proceed with deleting your account entirely, follow these steps:

  1. Prepare Your Request: Send an email to privacy@spacetoco.com stating your request to delete your SpacetoCo account. Be sure to use the email address associated with your SpacetoCo account for verification purposes.

  2. Confirmation: You may receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request. This email may include further instructions or verification steps.

  3. Processing: Your account deletion request will be processed by SpacetoCo Development team. This involves removing all of your booking data, payment information, personal information and all. 

  4. Completion: Once your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to access any of the data associated with your account, including booking history and messages.

What Happens Next?

  • Data Handling: SpacetoCo will handle your data in accordance with our privacy policy. Your personal information will be managed securely and in compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

  • Future Access: Should you decide to use SpacetoCo again in the future, you can create a new account. Keep in mind that this will not retrieve any data from your previously deleted account.
