      Creating your account, logging in and resetting passwords

      Users can create their accounts and log in using either their Google or Facebook accounts.

      Account Creation Options

      1. Email Signup:

      When a user creates their account by entering their email address and password, they can continue logging in this way. If you ever forget your password, don't worry – SpacetoCo has you covered. Follow these simple steps to reset your password:

      1. Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
      2. SpacetoCo will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
      3. Follow the link to reset your password and regain access to your account.

      2. Google Login:

      Users can create their SpacetoCo account using their Google login. If you choose this option, please be aware that you will always need to log in via your Google account. Should you forget your password, you'll be required to reset it through your Google Account. Refer to the relevant Google Knowledge Base article on how to reset your password.

      3. Facebook Login:

      For those who prefer to create their account using their Facebook login, the same principle applies. You will always need to log in via your Facebook account. If you forget your password, you will need to reset it through your Facebook Account. Refer to the corresponding Facebook Knowledge Base article for instructions on resetting your Facebook password.

      Important Note:

      If you attempt to sign up with Facebook but don't have an email address associated with your Facebook account, you will encounter an error. In this case, you'll be prompted to either add an email to your Facebook account or sign up to SpacetoCo using an email address.
